2 The outing powder of spraying gun is uneven. 1. The powder supplying quipment is abnormal. 2. Air pressure is not enough and unstable. 3. Powder carrying pipe is too long. 1. Check-up the powder supplying equipment to see whether it ollects powder or get jammed 2. Increase and stabilize pressure. 3. Minimize the length of powder carrying pipe.
3 Spraying gun is jammed. 1. Powder mixed with foreign matters in coarse grain state. 2. Powder is adhered and hardened on the spray head. 3. The air pressure of carrying the powder 1. Please sift out the powder. 2. Clean the spray head frequently. 3. Increase the air pressure for powder carrying.
4 Work piece can not apply powder. 1. Output voltage is not enough. 2. Air pressure is too much. 3. Derusting of work piece is not sufficient. 4. Earthing of work piece is not sound. 1. Elevate output voltage 2. Adjust air pressure. 3. Clean the surface of work piece thoroughly. 4. Check-up work piece whether or not earthing.

6 The powder striking fire. 1. The earthing of work piece is improper. 2. The distance between the work piece and spray gun is too close. 3. Density of powder is too great. 4. Resistance of spray gun is too great. 1. Check-up earthing equipment of work piece. 2. Work piece and spray head should keep in distance. 3. Lower carrying powder air pressure and check-up recycle equipment. 4. Replace resistance.
7 The surface is grainy. 1. the work piece didn’t clean clearly and remained grains. 2. reused recycle powder didn’t sift out. 1. The surface of work piece should clean clearly. 2. Recycle powder should sift out before you use it.
8 Sag in the surface 1. the spray coat is too heavy. 1. Control the proper thickness during spray coat.
9 Orange peel of surface 1. The pressure of spray coat is too much. And the hardness of spray coat is uneven. 2. The powder cohere together, bad spray level. 1. Should master the skill of spray coat adroitly. 2. Avoid the powder cohere together. And adjust spray level of the outing powder of spray gun.
10 Aberration 1. The curing time is too long or too short; the firing temperature is too high or too low. 2. The oven temperature is abnormal partly. 1. referring to Curing conditions the supplying powder dealer offered to adjust. 2. check-up the heated components of oven partly state.
11 The surface loss of gloss 1. Recycled powder mix with new powder has some problems. 2. Mix different manufactures and different type powder together. 1. Stop using the recycled powder at question. 2. Avoid to mix different type powder.
12 Coat is uneven 1. The distance between spray gun and work piece is too close. 2. The voltage of high pressure electrostatic pressure electrostatic generator is unstable. 3. The powder cohere together. 1. Adjust the distance between the work piece and spray gun. 2. Adjust a high pressure electrostatic generator and check. 3. Avoid the powder cohere together.
13 Pinhole 1. Output voltage is in the high side. 5. The distance between the work piece and spray gun is too close. 3. The coat is too heavy. 1. Turn down the voltage. 2. Spray gun is fit for distant from work piece. 3. Controlling the thickness of coat strictly.
14 The surface hardness of coat is no enough 1. Firing time or temperature is no enough. 1. Referring to Curing conditions the supplying powder dealer offered to increase the temperature and prolong time.
15 Cavitations 1. The surface of work piece has oil stains. 2. The surface of work piece is roughness. 3. Mix different manufactures and different type powder together. 1. The work piece must be clean. 2. The surface of work piece must be polish smoothly. 3. Spray coat and recycled equipment must be cleaned clearly, avoid mix with different powder.
16 Air bubble 1. After cleaning the surface of work piece moisture didn,t dry thoroughly. 2. Work piece was unsmooth and had holes. 1. Strengthen execution of regulations of cleaning the surface of work piece. 2. The surface should be polished
17 Lacquer film falling off 1. Former cleaning didn’t thorough. 2. The time of curing temperature is not enough. 3. Oxide film of work piece didn,t fall off. 1. The former cleaning of work piece should be thorough. 2. Referring to Curing conditions the supplying powder dealer offered to increase the temperature and prolong time. 3. Using sand paper to polish the work piece to get rid of oxide film.
18 Rims and corners of work piece are stripped The voltage of spray gun is too high. Turn down the voltage propely.
